French Onion Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Small Yellow Onions
- 2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
- 4 Cups Water
- 6 Tablespoons Fire Roasted CreationsÔ French Onion seasoning
- 1 Cup Croutons
- 1 Cup Shredded Provolone Cheese
Directions
- Peel and thinly slice onions.
- In 2-quart saucepan over low heat, brown onions in butter.
- Add water and stir in Fire Roasted CreationsÔ French Onion seasoning.
- Increase heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish each serving with croutons and provolone cheese.
- Yields Approximately 1 Quart
