Cheesy Chicken and Black Bean Soup

2 - 3.75 oz Packages Laurie's Kitchen Cheddar Pepper Soup Mix

6 Cups water

1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained & rinsed

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained

1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies

1 (10 oz) can chicken breast meat, drained

1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese

In a 4-quart sauce pan, whisk together water and soup mix.  Add black beans and diced tomatoes.  Bring to a boil, stirring often.  Reduce heat and add green chilies, chicken and cheese.  Cook 10 minutes, stirring often.
