Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Tortilla Soup mix
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 2 cups cold water
Directions:
- Combine tomato paste, Tortilla Soup mix, and water in a 1-quart sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. (yields 4 - 6 servings)
