Laurie’s Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 package Laurie’s Kitchen™ Sweet Sesame Ginger Sauce Mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in half crosswise)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bunch green onions (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix Laurie’s Kitchen™ Sweet Sesame Ginger Sauce Mix into water and add sesame oil; set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and brown on each side (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add sauce mix, broccoli and lemon slices.
- Reduce heat to low and cook covered 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
- Serve over fried rice, brown rice or Chinese noodles. (Serves 4)
