Laurie’s Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Laurie’s Kitchen™ Sweet Sesame Ginger Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in half crosswise)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bunch green onions (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil

Directions:

  • In a bowl, mix Laurie’s Kitchen™ Sweet Sesame Ginger Sauce Mix into water and add sesame oil; set aside. 
  • Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
  • Add chicken breasts and brown on each side (about 3-4 minutes). 
  • Add sauce mix, broccoli and lemon slices. 
  • Reduce heat to low and cook covered 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in green onions. 
  • Serve over fried rice, brown rice or Chinese noodles. (Serves 4)
