Laurie’s Key Lime Elegant Mousse
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups whipped topping, divided
- 1 package Dessert Creations Key Lime Dessert Mix
- Fresh berries as desired
Directions:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add seasoning and sour cream and blend until creamy.
- Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Layer Key Lime Mousse and remaining 1 cup of whipped topping in dessert cups.
- Garnish with fresh berries and sweet wafer cookie of your choice. (serves 4)
