Baked Crab Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese 
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 4 green onions, sliced thin
  • 8 oz. crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Laurie’s Kitchen Cucumber Dill Dip Mix

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C. 
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread into a 2 quart baking dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. 
  • Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables. (yields 8 to 10 servings )
