Baked Crab Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- 8 oz. crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
- 1 tablespoon Laurie’s Kitchen Cucumber Dill Dip Mix
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Spread into a 2 quart baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables. (yields 8 to 10 servings )
