Cheddar Asparagus with White Beans and Ham

Ingredients:

  • 2-3.3 oz. package Laurie's Kitchen™ White Cheddar Asparagus Soup Mix
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 - 15 oz. can white beans, drained

Directions:

  • Whisk soup mix into water.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring often.
  • Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring often.
  • Stir in ham and white beans.
  • Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often.

 Recipe may be cut in half by using one package soup mix and reducing recipe in half.
