Cheddar Asparagus with White Beans and Ham
Ingredients:
- 2-3.3 oz. package Laurie's Kitchen™ White Cheddar Asparagus Soup Mix
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 - 15 oz. can white beans, drained
Directions:
- Whisk soup mix into water.
- Bring to a boil, stirring often.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Stir in ham and white beans.
- Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often.
Recipe may be cut in half by using one package soup mix and reducing recipe in half.
