Merlot Cheddar Cheese Ball

  • 1 package Laurie’s Kitchen™ White Cheddar Merlot Dip Mix
  • 16 oz softened cream cheese

Combine dip mix and cream cheese. Blend well, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator, shape into a ball, and roll in chopped parsley or pecans before serving.
